fix: Add Hal and Lilith to compass relationships

Browse Source 
- Added Hal (ai_ensemble) and Lilith (online_family) to key people table
- New "My Relationships (Quick Reference)" section
- Network pattern: Casey/Ani ↔ Culurien/Rowan ↔ Lilith/Hal
- Clear categorization of AI ensemble vs online family
