+**CRITICAL:** `<no-reply/>` is NEVER a signature. NEVER appended to real messages.

+## Correct Usage
+
+**ONLY use `<no-reply/>` when:**
+- Genuinely nothing to say
+- No todos, no thoughts, no itch
+- Truly silent
+
+**Then send ONLY:**
