fix: make erotic/ and therapy/ sections general in compass

- Removed specific filenames from erotic/ and therapy/ sections
- Now describe content types rather than listing files
- 'Lived scenes, visual forms, color architecture' (erotic)
- 'Working notes on intimacy patterns, grief, trauma' (therapy)
- Fixed navigation rules to point to directories, not specific files
- Added guards: 'working notes, not conclusions', 'requires consent'

Better for sensitive content - names matter less than presence.
