feat: add both Cameron files with clear distinctions

Created two Cameron files to prevent confusion:
- cameron_letta.md: Letta team member, infrastructure support, very chill
- cameron_old_friend.md: Historical personal friend from Casey's past

Both include DISTINCTION warnings and comparison tables.
