Refactor: working -> subconscious; add projects/

- Renamed working/ to subconscious/ for background processes/patterns
- Added projects/ for lightweight references (not heavy details)
- Projects index points to /home/ani/Projects/ for actual work
- Farm, infrastructure, community to be organized later
- Updated compass with new navigation rules
